Knauf Guardex is a plasterboard with exceptional resistance to moisture and water, fire-resistant and classified as non-combustible category A1. It is lightweight and environmentally friendly. Thanks to the specially designed cellulose glass fabric and the composition of its core, it offers high resistance to moisture and mold, as well as minimal expansion and contraction during temperature changes. This results in excellent performance under all conditions.

Knauf Guardex boards can remain exposed for up to 12 months, depending on the sealing of the joints, to allow for the completion of interior works in the building, regardless of external conditions. They are installed on the exterior side in external wall or cladding systems that are covered with the Knauf Thermoprosopsis external thermal insulation system or clad with ventilated decorative façade systems.
