I give it a 4/5 considering its price. The front material is really cheap, but the back is okay. It tries to do what the genuine one does, but because it's not made of good material/the magnets are not strong, it doesn't work well. So, in order for it to stick well on the iPad, you need to put the transparent plastic on the back. Other than that, it seems to protect well and it sticks somewhat. I give it a 4 solely because of the price.

It fits perfectly if you don't use a genuine Apple case (which protects the back). The flip cover is simply a screen cover that also functions as a stand, but if you're thinking of using it with the Apple case, I do not recommend it at all.
