It only took one temperature reading and then it never connected again to my phone or to any other one I tried. I sent it back, as Scroutz requires, since it is under warranty for repair or refund. They returned it to me after two weeks with the report that the product is being returned in the condition in which they received it. Apparently, they didn’t even open it. Same fault, same problem. In my attempt to contact someone to see what would happen, I got tangled up again in Scroutz’s automated AI systems, where they more or less ask me for the same things as last time (photos, details of the fault, etc.). Unacceptable behavior. I lost my money...
