Η Izzy Espresso Master IZ-6029 ήρθε σπίτι μας και το πρώτο που σκέφτηκα ήταν “μάλλον θα θέλει μάθηση”. Λάθος. Είναι από τις πιο εύκολες μηχανές στη χρήση που έχω δοκιμάσει, παρόλο που από κάτω κρύβει μια ολόκληρη επαγγελματική δουλειά.
Από τη μία, την ανοίγεις, πατάς ένα κουμπί, πίνεις τέλειο espresso. Από την άλλη, αν αρχίσεις να σκαλίζεις, ανακαλύπτεις 44 επιλογές άλεσης, ρύθμιση χρόνου, ρύθμιση θερμοκρασίας, ροή ατμού. Δηλαδή την εξελίσσεις στα μέτρα σου, στα γούστα σου, στο δικό σου χαρμάνι.
Ο ενσωματωμένος μύλος με τους 110g χωρητικότητας είναι game changer. Αλέθεις τη στιγμή που φτιάχνεις τον καφέ και η διαφορά στη γεύση είναι κάτι που το καταλαβαίνει ακόμα και κάποιος που δεν είναι ψαγμένος.
Η πίεση των 20 Bar είναι αυτή που σου δίνει την πλούσια κρέμα.
Η touch οθόνη σου δείχνει χρόνο και θερμοκρασία ψηφιακά. Δεν πας στην τύχη! Βλέπεις, μαθαίνεις, βελτιώνεσαι.
Και η μεγάλη έκπληξη για μένα; Η τεχνολογία Cold Brew. Δεν περίμενα ότι μια μηχανή espresso θα μου έβγαζε τόσο καλό κρύο καφέ. Αλλά να που το κάνει. Και το κάνει πανεύκολα.
Ο σχεδιασμός; Πλήρως ανοξείδωτη και premium. Δεν κρύβεται στον πάγκο. Θες να τη δείχνεις.
Είπαμε ας μην την κρατήσουμε μόνο για espresso. Φτιάξαμε παγωτό χωνάκι tiramisu και ο φρεσκοαλεσμένος καφές έκανε την διαφορά.
Συμπερασματικά: Αν αγαπάς τον καφέ είναι η μηχανή που χρειάζεσαι. Εύκολη για να ξεκινήσεις, βαθιά για να εξελιχθείς, όμορφη για να την έχεις μπροστά σου κάθε μέρα.

Excellent value for money choice with top quality
I bought the machine for €180 (including shipping) and for the standards of devices with a built-in grinder, its price is unbeatable.
*Build quality: Full inox, very sturdy and quality feel.
*Equipment: Includes all necessary accessories in the package.
*Grinder: Has 44 grind settings. It is so versatile that it allows you to grind beans even for a filter coffee maker (French press).
*Speed: Heats up and is ready for use very quickly.
Result in the cup: I have already tried 3 different types of beans (from the supermarket and from two specialty coffee roasters). The coffee came out perfectly aromatic in all cases, while the machine also delivers excellent results for cold coffee (Freddo Espresso).

Αγόρασα τη μηχανή στα 180€ (μαζί με τα μεταφορικά) και για τα δεδομένα των συσκευών με ενσωματωμένο μύλο, η τιμή της είναι ασυναγώνιστη.
*Ποιότητα κατασκευής: Full inox, πολύ στιβαρή και ποιοτική αίσθηση.
*Εξοπλισμός: Περιλαμβάνει όλα τα απαραίτητα παρελκόμενα στη συσκευασία.
*Μύλος άλεσης: Διαθέτει 44 ρυθμίσεις κοπής. Είναι τόσο ευέλικτος που σου επιτρέπει να αλέσεις κόκκους ακόμα και για καφετιέρα φίλτρου (γαλλικό).
*Ταχύτητα: Ζεσταίνεται και είναι έτοιμη για χρήση πάρα πολύ γρήγορα.
Αποτέλεσμα στο φλιτζάνι: Δοκίμασα ήδη 3 διαφορετικά είδη κόκκων (από supermarket και από δύο specialty coffee roasters). Ο καφές βγήκε απόλυτα αρωματικός σε όλες τις περιπτώσεις, ενώ η μηχανή δίνει εξαιρετικό αποτέλεσμα και σε κρύο καφέ (Freddo Espresso).
