The Mueller Muellerguard 813 mouthguard reduces the risk of dental injuries during sports. Its thin front section does not interfere with speech or breathing, while the thicker rear section helps absorb impact.

It is molded using hot water. Once the water has boiled, remove it from the heat and place the mouthguard in it for 90 seconds. Then cool it under running water for 1–2 seconds, place it over the upper teeth and press it firmly into place with your tongue raised. Close your mouth, bite down firmly, and press the edges against your teeth and palate for 20 seconds. Next, cool it under running water for 30 seconds and check the fit. If it is not secure, repeat the process.
