They say they won't repair it because they don't import it, while the manual clearly states their phone number. I asked them to send it back so I could send it elsewhere, and they sent me just the pillow and not the cable with the button. This story has been repeating for months. On the phone, they lie to me that the employee handling the case is on sick leave and that only he is responsible for looking for the cable that they tossed aside and lost!! As a matter of principle, I will file a complaint with the consumer advocate.

Δεν το επισκευάζουν λένε γιατί δεν το εισάγουν αυτοί, ενώ το εγχειρίδιο γράφει ξεκάθαρα το τηλέφωνό τους. Τους ζήτησα να το στείλουν πίσω για να το στείλω αλλού και μου έστειλαν σκέτο το μαξιλάρι και όχι το καλώδιο με το κουμπί. Αυτή η ιστορία επαναλαμβάνεται για μήνες. I sent it to the company, 2 months passed and I didn't receive any updates. After continuous calls from me, they told me that they had a shortage and were waiting for them to be sent to them. I received the new one after 4 months. In the next 2 months of use, the button broke again and of course, I won't go through the process of sending it again. If it didn't have these flaws, I would give it 5 stars because it was worth the money in terms of heat. In my next purchase, I will pay close attention to the temperature switch.
