After the first 45 kilometers I can say that it is a shoe that does not bother you during training. It is for a slow pace (where you land more from the heel to the forefoot), but it is also for faster sections, since it has reinforcement in the forefoot and gives you a gentle push. It also helps that it has a lightweight design and a neutral ride, so it does not tire you out. I recommend it for easy or recovery runs and tempo runs (at 4:30-4:45 min/km) if you do not want to wear carbon. I do not recommend it for walking and it definitely does not replace a carbon shoe. I would say it is something in between a racing pair and a recovery shoe.

Excellent shoe! For those who want to run comfortably, confidently, and fast, this is the right shoe. It absorbs shocks and has energy return with a special inner sole. Of course, you need to get used to its stride, due to its tilt towards the front toes, but that's the least of it. Especially for experienced (and not only) runners, it is a unique experience!!
