Instructions for use and maintenance:

• Before first use, harden the enamel as follows: add water and salt in a ratio of 2 tablespoons of salt per 1 liter of water, boil the liquid and then remove the container from the heat. Wait for the liquid to cool completely and then drain it.
• Avoid hitting the product with metal cookware, as the enamel is sensitive and small cracks may appear.
• Avoid thermal shocks; do not pour cold liquids into hot products or hot liquids into cold products.
• Do not leave the product with liquids in the freezer, as the expansion of the liquid may damage the enamel.
• Never leave the enameled surface empty on the fire, as overheating will damage the enamel.
• The product can be placed in an oven at temperatures between 95-150 °C. In this case, exposure to heat does not affect the protective layer.
• To clean burnt food, pour cold water into the product with a few tablespoons of salt and baking soda and leave it for 1 - 1.5 hours. Then rinse with water, regular dish soap, and a soft sponge.
• Never use abrasive substances or products such as metal scouring pads for cleaning.
• If the enamel starts to fade, boil the product in water with a small amount of dish soap and then rinse thoroughly with hot water.
• Do not use the product if the interior enamel is damaged.
