The VHT FlameProof High Temperature Clear Satin Topcoat Spray renews and extends the lifespan of any surface exposed to extremely high temperatures. This paint is widely used in the automotive industry for exhaust systems and in the aerospace industry for jet engines and other high-temperature applications.

• Temperature: 704 °C - 1093 °C (1300 °F - 2000 °F) intermittent
• Curing Time: Curing time is required and can be done either on or off the vehicle
• Application: Heads, exhaust systems, piston walls, internal heads

The coating achieves its unique properties only after proper curing.

On-Vehicle Process:

• The paint must be completely dry before curing
• Idle for 10 minutes
• Turn off for 20 minutes
• Idle for 20 minutes
• Turn off for 20 minutes
• Run the engine under normal conditions for 30 minutes

Off-Vehicle Process:

• The paint must be completely dry before curing
• Heat at 250 °F (121 °C) for 30 minutes
• Cool for 30 minutes
• Heat at 400 °F (204 °C) for 30 minutes
• Cool for 30 minutes
• Heat at 650 °F (343 °C) for 30 minutes
