Ferment for sweets with bifidus, organic, 2x 6g, Nat-ali

To benefit from the positive effect on the intestinal flora, it is recommended to consume a daily dose containing from 1 to 5 billion probiotic bacteria. A fermented sweet prepared according to NATALI's recommendations ensures this dose of bifidus.

The content of 6g (one sachet) corresponds to 4 servings of 125ml each.

Ingredients:

  • Skimmed milk powder*
  • Bifidobacterium lactis
  • Streptococcus thermophilus
  • Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus

* from organic cultivation

Preparation method:

Ingredients to add:

  • 0.5L milk (for one sachet dose)

Preparation time: 2 minutes

Fermentation: about 8 hours in a yogurt maker (consult the manufacturer's instructions for incubation time depending on the yogurt maker)

Usage instructions:

Use absolutely clean utensils. Dissolve the ferment in 2 tablespoons of milk, then gradually pour into the remaining milk. Add according to your chosen recipe: sugar, jam, flavorings, etc. Pour into containers and let yogurt develop for about 8 hours. Once completed, refrigerate and let cool for a few hours before consumption.

* You can transfer the produced fermented sweet up to 5 times, provided proper hygiene and usage conditions are maintained: use 1 container of 125 ml fermented sweet for 1 L of milk. Since the Bifidobacterium lactis culture is not reintroduced, you will obtain classic fermented sweets.
