I am not at all satisfied with the baking, it does not brown and takes twice as long as the old Rohnson I had. I put cheese pies in, it took 50 minutes to bake them and on top they were white... I took it back thinking maybe the product was defective but unfortunately the other one was the same... Such a shame, really a shame... As for the basket, it is large and the non-stick material seems very good, it cleans very easily and it is also very easy to use, but unfortunately the baking is terrible.

The colored touch screen with 12 icons became our favorite. You press whatever you want and let it do its job.
Double heating element top and bottom, so you forget about flipping. It cooks evenly everywhere and that’s it.
The Food Control window was a lifesaver, you can see how the food is going without opening the basket and losing heat.
The non-stick coating of the basket is really good, whatever you cook comes off easily and cleaning is a breeze. The removable parts fit comfortably in the dishwasher.
Two small details we loved: the start timer (set it and find your food ready when you get home) and the keep-warm program that keeps your food hot until you sit at the table.
What we’ve made so far:
—Sea bream with lemon & cherry tomatoes – 200°C, 20 minutes. No flipping, no falling apart, just like from a fish tavern.
—Halva bites with puff pastry – 200°C, 20 minutes. A Lenten dessert with only 2 ingredients, crispy outside, syrupy inside.
—Chickpea fritters & vegan mayonnaise from aquafaba – 200°C, 20 minutes. One can of chickpeas, two recipes, zero waste.

Δοκιμάσαμε την Izzy Digital XL 9,2LT IZ-8272 και μας κέρδισε αμέσως. Έχει όλα όσα χρειάζεσαι σε ένα πιο βατό μέγεθος, χωρίς να παίρνει μισή κουζίνα.
Πρώτο πράγμα που προσέξαμε; Πόσο αθόρυβη είναι. Δουλεύει δίπλα σου και ξεχνάς ότι μαγειρεύει.
Η έγχρωμη touch οθόνη με τα 12 εικονίδια έγινε αγαπημένη μας. Πατάς ό,τι θες, την αφήνεις να κάνει τη δουλειά της.
Διπλή αντίσταση πάνω-κάτω, άρα ξεχνάς το γύρισμα. Ψήνει ομοιόμορφα παντού και τελείωσε.
Το παράθυρο Food Control μας έλυσε τα χέρια , βλέπεις πώς πάει το φαγητό χωρίς να ανοίγεις τον κάδο και να χάνεις θερμοκρασία.
Το αντικολλητικό του κάδου είναι πραγματικά πολύ καλό, ξεκολλάει εύκολα ό,τι ψήσεις και το καθάρισμα γίνεται παιχνιδάκι. Όσα μέρη βγαίνουν, μπαίνουν άνετα και στο πλυντήριο.
Δύο μικρές λεπτομέρειες που τις αγαπήσαμε: ο χρονοδιακόπτης έναρξης (το ρυθμίζεις και βρίσκεις το φαγητό έτοιμο όταν γυρίζεις σπίτι) και το πρόγραμμα διατήρησης θερμοκρασίας που κρατάει το φαγητό ζεστό μέχρι να καθίσετε στο τραπέζι.
Τι φτιάξαμε μέχρι στιγμής:
—Τσιπούρα με λεμόνι & τοματίνια – 200°C, 20 λεπτά. Χωρίς γύρισμα, χωρίς να διαλυθεί, σαν από ψαροταβέρνα.
-Χαλβαδομπουκίτσες με σφολιάτα – 200°C, 20 λεπτά. Νηστίσιμο γλυκό με 2 υλικά μόνο, τραγανές απ’ έξω, μελωμένες από μέσα.
-Ρεβιθοκεφτέδες & Vegan μαγιονέζα από aquafaba – 200°C, 20 λεπτά. Μία κονσέρβα ρεβίθια, δύο συνταγές, μηδέν σπατάλη.
Αν θες κάτι αξιόπιστο, αθόρυβο και πραγματικά εύκολο στη χρήση που να σου λύνει τα χέρια καθημερινά, εδώ είσαι.
