RAKI GABI pot with lid made of carbon steel, with a capacity of 5.5L. The pot is enamelled by dipping, thus offering a durable and high-quality coating compared to spray enamel. Small spots may appear on the surface of the product, remnants from the drying clamps.
Instructions for reinforcing the enamel before first use: add water and salt to the pot in the ratio of 2 tablespoons of salt per 1 liter of water. Boil the liquid, then remove the pot from the heat. Wait for the liquid to cool and then drain it.
Instructions for use and maintenance:
- Avoid contact of the product with metal utensils, as the enamel is fragile and microcracks may occur.
- Avoid thermal shocks; do not add cold liquids to hot surfaces or hot liquids to cold surfaces.
- Do not place the product with liquids in the freezer, as the expansion of the liquids will damage the enamel.
- Do not leave the empty enamelled product on the fire, as overheating will destroy the enamel.
- Avoid placing the product on a burner that is much smaller than the diameter of the product.
- Always place the product on a burner suitable for its size.
- To clean burnt food, add cold water and a few tablespoons of salt and baking soda and leave it for 1 - 1.5 hours.
- Then wash with water, regular dishwashing detergent and a soft sponge.
- Avoid using abrasives or metal sponges for cleaning.
- If the enamel starts to fade, boil the product in water with a small amount of dishwashing detergent and then rinse well with hot water.
- Do not use the product if the enamel on the inside is damaged.
- The product can be placed in the oven at temperatures up to 95-150 °C without affecting its protective coating.
