  • Sit comfortably and relax fully for a few minutes before measurement
  • Place the cuff on the arm, with the palm facing upwards, at heart level
  • Position the air tube parallel to the artery
  • Tighten the cuff firmly around the arm and secure it with Velcro
  • Leave about a finger’s distance between the arm and the cuff
  • Press the power button and remain relaxed
  • After about 40 seconds, the screen will display the pressure and pulse values
