The Candy 2o are highly transparent colors for custom restoration and spray painting. They combine advanced water-based urethane technology with crystalline dyes to produce truly exceptional candy colors.

The Candy 2o are concentrated. Add 10% by volume (mix ratio 9:1) 4030 Intercoat for better performance during spraying. Alternatively, viscosity can be reduced by using 4012 High Performance.

The Candy 2o are intense. 4 – 6 moderate wet coats are recommended for full color saturation. Allow each coat to dry in the air before applying the next, approximately 10 minutes of drying time between coats under non-wet, moderate conditions.

The Candy 2o have excellent adhesion and will not peel or flake during tape application. Apply 4030 Intercoat directly over sealed Candy 2o to prevent leakage when applying other paints.

The Candy 2o are compatible with a wide variety of spray guns and airbrushes. The following are recommended specifications as a starting point:

• Sprayer: 1.2 – 1.3 mm tip, 25 – 35 psi
• Mini-gun: 0.8 – 1.0 mm, 25 – 35 psi
• Airbrush: 0.5 mm – generally mixed with 4030 sufficiently, smaller tips can be reduced with 4012 High Performance as needed for optimal atomization.
