I have been using this bin for about two months now. I would like to note from the beginning that, as far as I'm concerned, I prefer bins that open with two movements (open the cabinet - push the bin out) rather than those that rely on the cabinet door and open with one movement. This is because, after many years of use with both types in different houses, I have concluded that bins like this one, which you pull out and the lid opens on its own, are more resistant to regular use.
Based on this, I will give it a positive rating, but without any enthusiasm. The truth is that for a more sturdy construction, I would have had to go for a higher budget (around 40 to 45 euros), so it is a fairly "honest" choice for its cost. However, there are a few points for improvement that I would like to mention:
1. Without any specific reason (e.g. being loaded with a lot of garbage, or something obstructing the bin's path on the rails), quite often the lid does not fully open. And this happens because, in some inexplicable way, the bin gets stuck in the last stages of the rail and does not reach all the way out.
2. Although the installation was done by a professional (I clarify: I had the opportunity, not that it is required), and therefore it was done properly, the lid does not fit perfectly on the bin and, even though the gap is so small that there is no leakage of odor.
3. Overall, it has a nice aesthetic design, but feels fragile.
Χρησιμοποιω τον κάδο εδώ και δύο περίπου μήνες. Σημειώνω εξ αρχής πως, σε οτι με αφορά, προτιμώ τους κάδους που ανοίγουν με δύο κινήσεις (νοίγω ντουλαπάκι - σπρώχνω έξω κάδο), παρά αυτούς που στηρίζονται στο πορτάκι του ντουλαπιού και ανοίγουν με μια κίνηση, γιατί μετά από πολλά χρόνια χρήσης και με τα δύο αυτά είδη σε διαφορετικά σπίτια, κατέληξα οτι οι κάδοι όπως ο συγκεκριμένος, που τον σύρεις προς τα έξω και ανοίγει μόνο του του καπάκι, είναι ανθεκτικότερoi στην συστηματική χρήση.
Στη βάση αυτή λοιπόν, θα του δώσω θετικό βαθμό, αλλά χωρίς κάποιο ενθουσιασμό. Η αλήθεια είναι πως για πιο στιβαρή κατασκευή έπρεπε να κινηθώ σε υψηλότερο προϋπολογισμό (γύρω στα 40 με 45 ευρώ), οπότε ειναι αρκετά "τίμια" επιλογή για το κόστος του. Όπως και να έχει, στα προς βελτίωση σημειώνω τα εξής:
1. Χωρίς κάποιο συγκεκριμένο λόγο (π.χ. να έχει φορτωθεί με πολλά σκουπίδια, ή κάτι να εμποδίζει την διαδρομή του κάδου στις ράγες), αρκετά συχνά το καπάκι δεν ανοίγει ως το τέλος. Και αυτό συμβαίνει γιατί με κάποιο ανεξήγητο τρόπο ο κάδος μαγκώνει στα τελευταία στάδια της ράγας και δεν φτάνει τέρμα έξω.
2. Ενώ η τοποθέτηση έχει γίνει απο μαραγκό (διευκρινίζω: τον είχα εύκαιρο, όχι οτι απαιτείται), και άρα έγινε καλά, το καπάκι δεν εφαρμόζει απόλυτα στον κάδο και, παρ'οτι είναι τόσο μικρή η σχισμή που δεν υπάρχει διαρροή απο μυρωδιά.
3. Γενικά όμορφη κατασκευή αισθητικά, με ευθραυστη ωστόσο αίσθηση.
