The heart of the shoe is the MIZUNO ENERZY NXT midsole, which provides incredibly soft cushioning and maximum energy return. Combined with the Smooth Speed Assist geometry, the shoe guides the foot through a natural and smooth transition, reducing fatigue and enhancing forward propulsion.

The upper made of Engineered Mesh ensures stability and excellent ventilation, while the X10 outsole guarantees that the shoe will last for many kilometers.
