I have had my Crocs for 15 years and they haven't suffered anything. I wear them almost exclusively indoors, both in winter and summer.
They are not elegant, but they are anatomical, they don't get dirty, they don't smell, they breathe, they can be put in the washing machine, they don't wear out, they protect the toes from accidents, they don't slip, they can be worn with or without socks, they are waterproof, they are antibacterial, they are impressively lightweight.
I once took them camping and climbed rocks, went into the sea, walked long distances. Those who were wearing sports shoes, flip-flops, or sandals ate my dust.
I don't see any reason why someone shouldn't have their own (authentic) Crocs. I have given them as gifts to friends and acquaintances. At first, they curse me, then they thank me!

They seem light and comfortable. I just hope they are not slippery. I wear size 38-39 but I got the 39-40 so I can wear them with socks.
Edit: Now that the weather is hot and I wear them without socks, my feet are constantly sweaty. In my opinion, they are not suitable for summer, I would rather spend this money on a winter anatomical slipper. Plus, the prices for this slipper, which in the end is not even anatomical, just a nice colored piece of plastic, are exorbitant.

I really like crocs a lot. They are a very comfortable shoe. I might be wearing another pair and my feet hurt, but with these, the pain goes away immediately and I can walk comfortably for hours.

I got size 45-46, which was the same as some Crocs I had bought from America and they were tight and very snug in length. In the end, I exchanged them for 46-47 and they fit comfortably for wearing around the house without squeezing. In sports shoes I wear 45, so I suggest you get one size up unless you want them to be just right. Since I wear them as slippers around the house, I want them to be comfortable to slip on and off and not squeeze me in general

Σε αθλητικά φοράω 45 οπότε προτείνω να πάρετε ένα νούμερο μεγαλύτερο εκτός κι αν θέλετε να είναι ίσα ίσα. Επειδή το φοράω σαν παντόφλα μέσα στο σπίτι θέλω να είναι άνετα στο βάλε βγάλε και να μη με πιέζουν γενικά

As for the sizes: with a foot length of 25.6 while I wear size 40 in Tommy Hilfiger and 41 in Nike, I got the 41-42, that is 8-10, and it's PERFECT. Keep in mind that when you put the strap on the heel, your foot inevitably moves a bit forward.

I got them because of pregnancy and because my husband convinced me that they wouldn't tire me and that they are comfortable. Which they actually are in the end. Nevertheless, 45-50 euros for a plastic slipper inside the house is too much!
