The joint sealing tape is self-adhesive and made of butyl rubber. It creates an airtight and watertight seal while remaining flexible and conforming to uneven surfaces and small gaps. It adheres to metal, glass, plastic, concrete, wood and bituminous roofing membranes.

It is used for waterproofing flat roofs, ceilings, tiled roofs, chimneys and gutters, as well as sealing joints around windows, doors and panels. It is also suitable for cars, caravans and solar panels. It can be applied without heating, but using a blowtorch is recommended at temperatures below 10 °C.
