The sound quality is great for speech, but I started noticing that the music sounds really terrible. The app has multiple preset equalizers that can be edited, but they all sound terrible. On the "balanced" preset, the sound is mushy and muddy in most of my music files. If I use "bass boost", the bass becomes noisy and even muddier. If I use "treble boost", the highs become sharp and ear piercing, and the bass almost disappears. I tried manual equalizer settings but nothing could fix the sound.
Another issue is that the sound glitches and gets messed up during music playback. As I listen to a song, the sound starts normally, then a minute later, they hitch and the sound quality drops significantly and they start to sound like an old radio. Then seconds later, they hitch again and return to normal. These glitches happen very frequently it totally ruins the listening experience. It seems to me that they constantly switch between high and low quality Bluetooth codecs and getting confused in the process, which causes frequent stutters and audio quality drops. By the way, the phone is right in my pocket, so it's not a distance issue.
Another big issue: they sound completely different when noise cancellation is on/off. They sound muddier and louder when noise cancellation is on. Turn noise cancellation off, and the sound becomes better and quieter, but also mixed up with the ambient noise. So you can't have good sound and good noise cancellation. You have to choose one over the other.
Verdict: do I recommend them now after an extended test? No, I definitely don't, and I deeply regret my purchase. My former Sennheiser earbuds didn't have all these issues, and they sounded great with all my music files out of the box for the entirety of their lifecycle. I’m puzzled by the positive comments..
Most likely, most people don’t know ANC that well, and others have just gotten their first headphones.
The ANC is almost non-existent. Tested on the metro (the best example). Having used both cheaper brands and Huawei, I don’t have much positive to say. Decent bass and treble and a good microphone. Everything else is a "-"
Connected to a Poco X7 Pro phone, I put them in my pocket and the dropouts and disconnections begin. Seriously now? It’s not even 1m away. No other headphones have ever done this to me.
It also loses "stereo" quite often.
For €60, pure disappointment

Χάνει το "stereo" επίσης αρκετές φορές.

I consider them among the best headphones in their category. Value for money 100%. The battery, compared to other headphones, is indeed smaller, but I personally did not notice any issue with connectivity or the touch controls. A big plus is the active noise cancellation.

The best you can get for their price. Excellent build quality, this is the 4th model of Xiaomi headphones I have bought, the previous ones were the 5 Pro and they lasted 3 years. The differences in sound are noticeable, they have very good separation of bass, mids, and highs. I highly recommend them. (The gray ones are beautiful)

I got them exclusively for the noise cancellation and they do a fantastic job. Even though they don't fit properly in my ear, they still kill the noise dramatically. I can now work comfortably. I also haven't heard any complaints during calls.
For music sound, they are average. The balanced setting that comes by default is anything but balanced. Maybe with a little burn-in they will improve, but honestly, I don't really care.
As for battery etc., it's too early for me to have an opinion.

Also - important for me - a. very good battery life although shorter than the 5 pro and b. good grip, meaning they stay in place during movement, even during exercise.

Σε ήχο και ομιλία είναι πολύ καλά. Συδέονται άμεσα και με xiaomi κινητό και με iphone. Με ακούνε πολύ καλά. Το noise cancelation είναι επίσης πολύ καλό. Ο χειρισμός τους θα μπορούσε να είναι καλύτερος (αυξομείωση έντασης κτλ.) Επίσης, αυτό που με χαλάει είναι ότι έχουν μενού ρυθμίσεων και απ' ευθείας από το μενού bluetooth του τηλεφώνου και από την εφαρμογή. Άλλα τα κάνεις από το bluetooth, άλλα από την εφαρμογή. Το περίεργο είναι ότι η ρύθμιση ''Ήχος Διαστάσεων'' ενεργοποιείται από το μενού bluetooth του κινητού και κάθε φορά που τα βάζεις στην θήκη απενεργοπιείται και όταν τα φορέσεις πρέπει να μπεις στο μενού να την ενεργοπιήσεις πάλι. Το προηγούμενο ακριβώς μοντέλο που είχα κρατούσε την επιλογή που είχες κάνει. Πάντως, για την τιμή που έχουν στο Skroutz αξίζουν σίγουρα.

I consider them among the best headphones in their category. Value for money 100%. The battery, compared to other headphones, is indeed smaller, but I personally did not notice any issue with connectivity or the touch controls. A big plus is the active noise cancellation.

If you don't check the app, the case's battery runs out when you least expect it. And you end up without music for about an hour on the subway! :'(

The best you can get for their price. Excellent build quality, this is the 4th model of Xiaomi headphones I have bought, the previous ones were the 5 Pro and they lasted 3 years. The differences in sound are noticeable, they have very good separation of bass, mids, and highs. I highly recommend them. (The gray ones are beautiful)

unfortunately, despite the warranty and all the related things, they break very easily; in some, there was a lot of feedback, in others, the touch didn't work, and in others, they stopped working, you could hear them in the background. I changed the set 4 times, I got tired of it

I got them exclusively for the noise cancellation and they do a fantastic job. Even though they don't fit properly in my ear, they still kill the noise dramatically. I can now work comfortably. I also haven't heard any complaints during calls.
For music sound, they are average. The balanced setting that comes by default is anything but balanced. Maybe with a little burn-in they will improve, but honestly, I don't really care.
As for battery etc., it's too early for me to have an opinion.
Το πήρα αποκλειστικά για την ακύρωση θορύβου και κάνουν φανταστική δουλειά. Παρόλο που δεν βουλώνουν σωστά στο αυτί μου και πάλι σκοτώνουν τραγικά το θόρυβο. Δουλεύω πλέον άνετα. Στις κλήσεις επίσης δεν έχω ακούσει κανένα παράπονο.
Στον ήχο για μουσική είναι μέτρια. Η ρύθμιση balanced που έχει από προεπιλογή μόνο balanced δεν είναι. Ίσως με λίγο burn in να στρώσουν αλλά δεν με ενδιαφέρει ιδιαίτερα για να είμαι ειλικρινής.
Value for money choice, with excellent active noise cancellation performance, very clear sound for their category and sufficient bass. Also - important for me - a. very good battery life although shorter than the 5 pro and b. good grip, meaning they stay in place during movement, even during exercise.

Επίσης - σημαντικό για μένα - α. πολύ καλή αντοχή της μπαταρίας αν και μικρότερη από το 5 pro και β. καλό grip δηλαδή μένουν στη θέση τους στις κινήσεις, ακόμη και σε άθληση.
As a truck driver, I have changed many headsets, I got these mostly for the microphone (calls) and they are 10/10.
The sound is also quite good for music with ACTIVE NOISE CANCELLATION.
Comfortable on the ear even at the gym.
The battery lasts so long that you forget when you last charged them.
Overall, no matter how you look at it, they are perfect!
