An epic core inside the keyboard

A powerful ARM Cortex-M4 (MCU) chip equipped with 256K Flash provides greater flexibility for developers. The polling rate is 1000 Hz right out of the box in 2.4 GHz and wired modes (90 Hz in Bluetooth mode), making latency almost unnoticeable even in competitive gaming.

Double-gasket design

The double-gasket design is a new innovative structure in the industry. In addition to the gaskets on the plates, we added silicone pads between the top and bottom cases to significantly reduce acoustic resonance between metals and the affected metal noise. This design allows the keyboard to maintain the flexibility of the gasket structure and improves the overall typing sound.

OSA Double-Shot PBT Keycaps

To further enhance the typing experience, the Q3 Max ISO features our unique OSA profile (OEM profile with spherical angle) and double-shot PBT keycaps aimed at providing a more comfortable feel for your fingers with excellent oil resistance for long-term use in the TKL layout.

Switch layouts between macOS and Windows

Built with the Mac user experience in mind while maintaining compatibility with Windows devices, the Keychron Q3 Max features system switching and an extra set of custom keycaps for Windows and macOS systems. Now you can save two different layouts on the keyboard, one for each system.

Programmable knob

Designed to enhance your creative workflow, the aluminum rotary encoder allows you to easily customize your favorite keys and macros to the knob via the Keychron Launcher web app.

You can easily customize the Q3 Max knob to your desired key commands or macros, such as: zoom in/out, adjust screen brightness, brush size, volume, select video clips or photos, or backlight hue.

South-facing RGB LED lights.

The south-facing RGB LED is designed to better illuminate the keyboard's backlight from the typist's angle with premium shine-through-free PBT keycaps installed. The south-facing RGB is also free from interference when users install alternative OEM or Cherry-profile keycaps on the keyboard.

Gateron Jupiter Switch

The exclusive Gateron Jupiter mechanical switch (only for the fully assembled version) features a 3-pin design, pre-lubed with Gateron's reliable quality standard and a lifespan of up to 80 million keystrokes. Meanwhile, the unique LED diffuser design offers high RGB backlight transmittance and a softer backlight effect.

Brand new screw-in PCB stabilizers.

The screw-in design increases stability and makes changes and upgrades easier. The precise construction makes the stabilizers more stable and less wobbly. The typing experience with large keys (space, shift, enter, backspace) is now more stable and smoother. The Keychron Q3 Max also supports third-party screw-in PCB stabilizers.
