This system features a dedicated "booster" amplifier that powers only the bass speakers under the seat. The AFBMW BOOSTER 01 allows for seamless connection between the OEM booster and Audison's electronics, without modifying the original wiring or compromising the system's integrity.

Important compatibility notes:

  • Not compatible with vehicles that have door speakers and a trunk subwoofer (e.g., BMW i4 G26)
  • Not compatible with vehicles that have four under-seat speakers (e.g., BMW iX)
  • The OEM booster remains installed and connected to the vehicle's network
  • The ART (Automatic Remote Turn-On) feature is not active on the bass channels but works on all other channels of the RAM unit
