Cyclops Olive Oil 100ml

Cyclops is a single-variety extra virgin olive oil with very low acidity from the Makris variety. Its uniqueness comes from the favorable microclimate of the area and the soil structure of the plantations, from which it is harvested in mid-October.

It is characterized by:

• A fruity profile of medium to high intensity
• A strong freshness of green olive
• Notes of green banana, artichoke, and freshly cut grass

The olive oil is processed 4-8 hours after harvesting under excellent milling and cold pressing conditions. In taste, it is complex and delicate with medium intensity bitterness and spicy notes. It is recommended to be consumed raw as a finishing touch on all your dishes.
