Before placing the order, I would like to confirm a few things:

1. Is this laptop covered by ASUS International Warranty in Germany?
2. If the laptop needs warranty repair, can I have it repaired directly through an ASUS authorized service center in Germany, without having to send it back to Greece?
3. Is the ASUS Pen included in the original box with this specific UM3406KA-WS79T model?
4. Is the laptop brand new and sealed, with the original ASUS invoice provided?

I live in Germany, so warranty service in Germany is very important to me.
