I am interested in purchasing the ASUS Zenbook 14 OLED UM3406KA-WS79T (Ryzen AI 7 350, 32GB RAM, 1TB SSD, US keyboard).
Before placing the order, I would like to confirm a few things:
- Is this laptop covered by ASUS International Warranty in Germany?
- If the laptop needs warranty repair, can I have it repaired directly through an ASUS authorized service center in Germany, without having to send it back to Greece?
- Is the ASUS Pen included in the original box with this specific UM3406KA-WS79T model?
- Is the laptop brand new and sealed, with the original ASUS invoice provided?
I live in Germany, so warranty service in Germany is very important to me.
