How to choose the right size
Measure the distance from the eyes (the bridge of the nose) to the bottom of your chin:

100 – 120 mm (10-12 cm): Size S/M

Over 120 mm (>12 cm): Size M/L

The measurements are based on Cressi’s official size guide.
