A very special Riesling produced with the appassimento method under the signature of Ca 'Botta. It is cultivated in Northern Italy, at Lake Garda, where the limestone soil enhances its fruity character, offering more structure on the palate. Elegant aromas of peach, pear, and crisp citrus notes are complemented by the typical mineral sensation. On the palate, it is intense and refined with lively acidity and an amazing bouquet of fresh apples, apple pie, and lime marmalade. It can be aged for 10 years.

Food pairing: Excellent with sushi, seafood, shellfish, fresh fish, fresh appetizers, savory cheeses, and as an aperitif.
