The product contains 2010 mg of L-threonate magnesium per dose, providing 144.6 mg of magnesium. Magtein is a patented form of highly bioavailable magnesium, which passes more effectively through the blood-brain barrier.

The product contains the following ingredients:

  • Main ingredients: L-threonate magnesium (Magtein)
  • Other ingredients: capsule: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose

Active ingredients per 3 capsules:

  • L-threonate magnesium (Magtein): 2010 mg
  • Magnesium: 144.6 mg (38.55% NRV)

Recommended dosage: 3 capsules per day with a little water.
