This retrospective edition paints a new portrait of the legendary architect Stanley Tigerman (1930–2019) through his drawings, collages, and sketches. The book features a variety of creative documents and design styles, representative of Tigerman's wide-ranging projects and interests: general plans, urban designs, public infrastructure such as museums and social housing, private residences, exhibition designs, furniture, and tableware, as well as architectural sketches—his so-called Architoons.

Previously unpublished drawings from projects such as the Illinois Holocaust Museum, Commonwealth Edison Energy Museum, Anti-Cruelty Society in Chicago, Kalamazoo City Plan, and household items for Swid Powell are featured in this generously illustrated volume, highlighting the craftsmanship and investigative process behind each project's final results.
