εγώ το διαλύω σε χυμό, επειδή έχει ελαφριά όξινη γεύση και δεν με τρελαίνει με το νερό. απλά να το ανακατεύεις πολύ καλά, γιατί δεν διαλύεται εύκολα. θεωρώ ότι είναι ένα καλό σκεύασμα. εγώ πίνω πάνω από 10 χρονια βιταμινη c και αυτη τη βρισκω αρκετα καλη.
