Miraculous for me!!!
The only cream that finally works on my hands (after years of trying). It has saved me from the very first use.
For the first time my hands are so smooth and do not crack. Now I also put a little on my face when needed, on dry spots, and it helps me a lot with dry skin. (Not too much because it is quite greasy) It smooths and soothes.
Of course, every skin is different. For me it is perfect! Mainly for the hands.

I am commenting for the first time ever, I finally found relief for my skin, it was constantly red, I have seborrheic dermatitis and it worked immediately.

I had eczema on my face for a long time and I was using a well-known cortisone pharmaceutical ointment recommended by the dermatologist. After months without any difference, I tried this product and the eczema subsided with one application. Of course, this is my own experience and every skin is different. For me, it solved the problem.

I don't doubt that it helped some people, but for me it burns like hell and unfortunately I didn't see any difference in the fingers where I have eczema. Maybe it's a more serious condition and it doesn't work, but I wouldn't say I would buy it again.

I admit that I couldn't believe how good a job it did after just one use, while I've been struggling for years with eczema and constantly using Elidel.

I have had eczema all over my face for over 5 years and for that time I was using creams with cortisone but I decided to stop. After 3 days of using it 2 to 3 times a day, I have seen huge improvement. I hope it helps others with the same issue.

Relieves and moisturizes to a certain extent dry skin and eczema..yes..but only to that extent..of course, it doesn't work miracles since it doesn't contain cortisone..but it promises a lot and is quite expensive.

It is simply a moisturizing cream, and nothing more. It does not have any soothing effects, and in 10 minutes it is as if the application never happened. There is another product from a different company with a different price, of course, that actually helps when used.

1) The ointment stings as some say, but only for a short while, just like a cortisone cream at the beginning until it takes effect.
2) Certainly, you can't expect fast results because it doesn't contain cortisone, so it works gradually and only if it does what it claims.
3) It is quite expensive for 50 grams.
4) It works differently for each person.
5) If you want fast results, as others suggest, go directly for Dactador and then for maintenance use Elided. These two saved me, but I wanted to stop using them, which is why I chose this specific ointment. Unfortunately, after 5 days of use, it didn't change anything for me

Definitely helps maintain skin moisture and alleviates the discomfort of eczema, but it is not designed nor can it replace corticosteroid creams that reduce inflammation. It is used in conjunction with them

In case you are thinking of using it on a baby/child specifically, do not even approach it to cracked skin/wound. It STINGS like hell.

My daughter is 4 years old and she occasionally develops eczema - atopic dermatitis since she was born. We have tried many creams. With this specific cream, we saw a real difference, and since then we always have it with us.

Maybe it works differently for each person, but I didn't see any remarkable improvement beyond hydration and relief of symptoms in the first few days. Its texture is smooth but somewhat greasy. I won't buy it again.

I was using Propiogenta and it did the job, but it contains cortisone and I didn't want to continue using it. The pharmacist recommended Bepanthol eczema, which doesn't do anything and is also expensive. It's a waste of money for my own problem.

I read a lot here, and I have to say that for 3 years now, I have tried 50 creams for severe dry skin on my face, redness, and irritation. This specific panthenol cream saved me. The only downside is that it is very expensive

Stable value for atopic dermatitis, it is the same as Bepanthol Sensiderm, they just changed the name, they told me at the pharmacy

Excellent product. I used it for wounds on my hands and dryness caused by excessive use of antiseptic. The results overnight are spectacular.
Beware, there is another Bepanthene eczema circulating, which is a poor imitation.
Bepanthol is of superior quality.

For the problem I use it for (irritation, redness on the skin sometimes reaching the point of becoming purple, from sweat or clothes or underwear), it does its job just fine! Sometimes when the problem is very intense, I mix it with fucicort or fucidine accordingly...

However, the quantity is very small and the price is steep!

It definitely does some work and helps, but it is a bit expensive and the quantity is small. I will look for something else!

A stupidity and a half! Don't buy it! It didn't do anything for my eczema or atopic dermatitis.

The itching from atopic dermatitis on the face and hands stops almost immediately. After a few days of using it twice a day, it subsides and softens the skin. I recommend it!
