    Measure your foot and then buy them because they run a size large. Soft, like wearing a sneaker, and with the elastic all over, it feels like you're not wearing a shoe. They are not for trekking, etc. The foot doesn't slip, but it is not a shoe that keeps the foot stable. In extreme heat I feel my sole sweating (this has never happened to me with another shoe), and that's why I took off one star. I recommend them overall though, they are very nice!!!
