Material: HSS-E (Co 5%), cutting, heat-treated and with special 'Gold' surface treatment

  • Right-hand cutting
  • 135-degree point angle, 20-30 degree helix angle
  • Diameter tolerance h8
  • From 2 mm with additional point sharpening on the seating surface and reduction of the sharp edge according to DIN 1412 C specifications, for easier cutting and reduced cutting forces
  • Suitable for drilling in unalloyed and low-alloy steels, heat-treated steels and ideal for drilling in unstable stainless steels with Rm 950 N/mm², drilling in non-ferrous materials (aluminum alloys, copper, and brass), various welded materials (not for welded parts from steel powders or metal spheroids)
  • The special 'Gold' treatment facilitates heat dissipation, smooth cutting edges, providing higher cutting speeds and increased durability in demanding applications
  • Recommended for use in drilling machines, stable and fixed base equipment, and only occasionally in portable, electric, or pneumatic drilling machines
