Issue with assembly and difficulty of use.

The assembly was extremely difficult, obviously a Black&Decker is necessary. Beyond the many steps and the 1-1.5 hour process, in the final assembly the shoe rack wouldn't fit and I had to take everything apart and make holes from the beginning in different spots than those indicated in order to fit it correctly... 3 hours total and the final result as a product is ok, the shoes don't fit straight, you have to tilt them to the side. And it snaps shut very tightly when closing, making it inconvenient for daily and easy use.
