    The product developed a problem within the first 5 days I used it (the vacuum was running continuously without stopping no matter what I did). I contacted Hyperloq, and they replied that they wanted a video showing what was happening. The battery ran out after continuous operation and since then the device does not charge, does not turn on, does not work. Again, I communicated with the company via email, where they again required a video (it must be an automated email), and after I sent the video of the device showing that it does not work at all, they disappeared. No response, they completely ignored me. The product is terrible and I will not choose this company again after such treatment
