It freezes terribly with common apps. Has anyone sent it in for service and had the problem fixed? Or does it start doing the same thing again after a while?

15/09/26 After service at the company the phone works normally, the company reported a software problem. Camera with very good resolution and it doesn't lag anywhere. I hope it continues like this. I will come back in case of a problem.
10/08/2026 I am very sorry but Xiaomi has ruined the Redmi phones, apparently to buy other devices. There has not been a time when I have opened an app and within seconds it hasn't lagged. "The app so-and-so is not responding". Stay away, although with two Redmi Note 9 Pro I never had any problem.

Very good battery and excellent camera, but it lags a lot in apps. Maybe the small 8GB memory is to blame. It disappointed me because I expected it to be faster. It has done various updates, but I don't see the issue being resolved

I have had the phone for 3 weeks. The battery lasts so long you forget to charge it, it easily lasts two days with heavy use - calls, social media, etc. No issues, it doesn't lag, it's fast. Satisfactory camera. For its price, an excellent choice!

It freezes terribly with common apps. Has anyone sent it in for service and had the problem fixed? Or does it start doing the same thing again after a while?

An absolutely value-for-money phone... With a beautiful design, thin and light.. Fast fingerprint response, long battery life, good sound and decent photos and videos.. This is the battery status, with normal use..
