The Black Diamond Distance Carbon trekking poles are designed in collaboration with BD athlete Joe Grant. Weighing just 95 grams each (120 cm), they represent the lightest poles ever produced. The contacts are limited but carefully positioned, such as the discreet ring in the middle of the shaft for balance and grip during horizontal transportation of the pole. The thin Distance Grip handle is made from ultra-lightweight and durable EVA foam material, while the tip has been redesigned with a low profile that also accepts Z-Pole snow baskets.
