In terms of temperature, it gets warm, but nothing terrible, a little more than when using the regular wall charger.
It does not start wireless charging directly at 15W; after about 10 minutes it gives full speed.

* The only negative is that it gets a bit warm, but that's like all powerbanks. It has a good cooling system so it's not a huge issue.
