The AZ-GTiX mount features a built-in WiFi module that allows wireless control from a smartphone or tablet. Installing the free SynScan app for iOS or Android is required.

The mount moves quietly and can carry a single load of up to 6 kg or two loads of up to 10 kg on each end. It accepts standard Vixen 45 mm dovetail rails. Includes an L-shaped mount with an additional fifth-wheel plate and a 61 mm extension pole.

The AZ-GTiX generates its own WiFi network. By connecting your smartphone to the mount, users can view information such as location, time, and date from the computer controls. The telescope can be aligned easily through a simple process.

In combination with the SynScan app, the AZ-GTiX is a fully computer-controlled GoTo mount. The built-in servo motors can rotate toward any of the 10,000 celestial objects in the app's database.

It features a dual saddle, allowing for the support of two telescopes simultaneously, such as a combination of a telescope and a camera. The patented Freedom Find dual encoder system enables manual movement of the telescope without losing alignment.

The AZ-GTiX mounting head weighs just 2 kg and can be mounted on a tripod with a standard 3/8” photographic screw.
