    I bought the Razer Huntsman V3 Pro Tenkeyless with high expectations, but unfortunately my experience was disappointing.

    From day one, the keyboard does not work properly with Razer Synapse 4. The profiles do not load correctly, the software shows that syncing is happening but in practice the changes are not applied. Switching between profiles rarely works and most of the time nothing happens.

    I have tried everything:

    * reinstalling Synapse
    * driver clean-up
    * factory reset
    * firmware update
    * even a test account from Razer itself

    The problem remains exactly the same.

    The most disappointing thing is that previously with Synapse 3 I had no issues. As a long-time Razer customer, I can say that Synapse 4 currently has serious stability problems.

    For such an expensive keyboard, I expected a much better experience. The hardware seems high quality, but the software is holding it back.

    I would not recommend it until these issues are fixed.
