It does what it says: SIM card and watch functions, step counting, calories, sleep, various sports activities, location tracking via GPS and WiFi, etc., etc. The only problem is with GPS tracking. One time it works, one time it doesn't. It has been troublesome for me, but little by little it is improving, learning. At last I found the children's watch I was looking for for my daughter after 3 failed attempts. It is also cheap for what it offers. I highly recommend it.

I bought it so I could see where my child is during a trip they were going on for a few days.

    Positives:
It makes calls, SMS, and video calls. It also has the WhatsApp app as well as other features such as, for example, the command to take a photo from my phone.

    Negatives:
Unfortunately, the location indication is not accurate at all when there is no good mobile signal. I saw a deviation of over a kilometer. This happens because, logically, it does not have a GPS receiver but relies only on the mobile phone signal. Even when connected to the home WiFi, it showed that the smartwatch was 750m away.

Personally, I do not let my child wear it constantly due to the radiation on their body. They use it only occasionally, e.g., on a trip.
