Under the hot sun of the Greek countryside, the entertainers of a seaside resort are preparing for the tourist season. Calia is the team leader, the most "experienced," and alongside her is Simos, his young daughter Mary, the newcomer Eva, Thomas, Vladimir, Fani—all members of a quirky, mismatched family. Paper decorations, nylon costumes, comedic sketches, and karaoke nights fill the hotel's outdoor stage every evening. As summer progresses and work pressure increases, their nights become increasingly darker. But when the lights come back on, the show must go on.
