I got them for running. They have a fairly soft sole, they are quite wide so they cover the whole foot and you feel secure when stepping, I would have liked a slightly thicker sole toward the toe. The shoe gets a lot of air from the mesh. I think for their price they are one of the best options

I have done THOUSANDS of kilometers with novablast 3, and over THOUSAND kilometers with boots of the Greek army. I bought 2 pairs from two different stores, one for running and one for everyday use. The first pair hurt me in 3 different spots from the first day and only with walking. They have made it excessively narrow to the point that the big toe and the little toe are pressing in the air. Unacceptable quality, as if they are saying "Pay 120 euros or else you will get an unsuitable product". Perhaps the worst shoe I have bought in my life. I will contact the company directly because the stores obviously have no role in this.

They are good for walking & running, my back doesn't hurt like it did with my previous Asics, the Novablast

What everyone is saying... for the money, there is nothing comparable. It is the best value for money from Asics. It's like stealing from a church (meaning it's a bargain)

At this price, you won't find a better shoe for running and everyday use. The Japanese know how to make quality shoes!

After 3 or 4 times, when they take the shape of your foot, they are incredible shoes. You feel like you are walking on clouds. I got them for walking and running but I wear them in general.

They are of higher quality than the ASICS Gel-excite 10, the fit is regular, but like many ASICS, you need one size up.
