The BLACKplus series by Risoli is made from 6mm thick cast aluminum and includes the new generation El Diamant coating, which ensures unprecedented scratch resistance and excellent non-stick properties. The El Diamant coating, made from mineral particles, combined with the properties of cast aluminum, guarantees healthy cooking without the use of fat at low or medium temperatures, preserving the nutritional value of the food.

Care and usage instructions: Before using the cookware, wash it with hot water, liquid soap, and a soft sponge. Dry thoroughly and rub with butter or oil.
