  • Material: HSS-G, ground, heat-treated, and with special surface treatment FUSIO with TiCN on the surface layer of 2-4 µm, increasing surface hardness up to 3200 HV.
  • Right-hand cutting.
  • Helix angle: 20-30 degrees.
  • Diameter tolerance: h8.
  • From 2 mm with additional grinding on the seating surface and reduction of cross-section, according to DIN 1412 C, for easier cutting and faster drilling.
  • Designed for drilling into non-alloyed and low-alloy steels with R700 N/mm² and heat-treated steels with R950 N/mm², drilling into cast iron and non-ferrous metals (aluminum, copper, and bronze alloys), as well as various other materials (not suitable for steel powder or carbide inserts).
  • Recommended for use in drilling machines, stable and fixed equipment, and only occasionally in portable electric or pneumatic drilling machines.
