Description & Specifications

For freeride, ski touring, and mountaineering skiing, the Mammut Nirvana 18 L mountaineering backpack offers access to the main compartment from the back and quick access from the top. It has a front pocket for avalanche safety equipment, an internal pocket for the Mammut Back Protector, and attachment points for an ice tool and poles. Skis or a splitboard can be carried in an A-frame configuration, and it can also carry a snowboard.

The main material and base are made of 90% polyamide and 10% polyester, with recycled main material and a DWR water-repellent treatment. The backpack is hydration-system compatible and includes an SOS label with emergency instructions. The internal pocket for the Mammut Back Protector does not include the protector.
