The cage is designed for use with a single chainring and an 11-48t cassette, offering a wide gear range and excellent climbing speeds. The cage is replaceable, allowing for repair or transition to 2x. It has a hidden clutch design with direct engagement and silent operation to keep the chain secure on rough terrain. The introduction of Igus bearings in the parallelogram improves lateral stiffness and long-term use, making gear shifts faster and more solid. The micro-adjuster features an outer cable stop that rotates 15 degrees to reduce friction from tight bends.
