The reasons I am not giving 5 stars are the following:

2. If some quantity is left over and put back in the freezer, it needs to be churned again to return to the ice cream texture. This is an important detail that I had not seen mentioned in any of the reviews or on the social media posts I had seen before making the purchase.

The noise is not excessively loud, meaning it makes about the same noise as a blender. The only negative is that the mixture has to freeze for 24 hours before you put it in the machine, which doesn’t bother me that much. For anyone thinking about buying it, if you don’t mind having to prepare the mixtures and put them in the fridge, etc., and you think you’ll use it often, it is absolutely worth it. The texture and depth of flavor of the ice cream is incredible, and I don’t believe it can be achieved through a standard ice cream machine.

Exactly as soon as the two-year warranty period passed, the blade stopped turning because the inside part where it connects to the shaft was completely worn out. I contacted Ninja headquarters (having already 3 of their appliances in my home) and their response was completely cynical: they told me that since the 2 years had passed I was no longer covered, they do not send products or spare parts to Greece, and that I should simply contact the store where I bought it, washing their hands of it.
So you pay a lot of money for a machine that has an expiration date of two years, and then the company leaves you hanging, without even offering an easy solution to buy the replacement part. It is a shame that they treat customers and their products as disposable one-time-use items.
Stay away, think very carefully before investing your money. Personally, I am done with this brand.

Όσο δούλευε έκανε όντως ωραίο παγωτό, αλλά μέχρι εκεί. Η ποιότητα κατασκευής και η υποστήριξη μετά την πώληση είναι απλά ντροπή για μια εταιρεία που πουλάει "premium" και ακριβές συσκευές.
Ακριβώς μόλις πέρασε η διετία της εγγύησης, η λεπίδα σταμάτησε να γυρνάει γιατί φαγώθηκε τελείως το εσωτερικό της στο σημείο που ενώνεται με τον άξονα. Επικοινώνησα με τα κεντρικά της Ninja (έχοντας ήδη 3 συσκευές τους στο σπίτι μου) και η απάντησή τους ήταν εντελώς κυνική: Μου είπαν ότι εφόσον πέρασαν τα 2 χρόνια δεν καλύπτομαι, δεν στέλνουν προϊόντα ή ανταλλακτικά στην Ελλάδα και απλά να απευθυνθώ στο κατάστημα αγοράς, νίπτοντας τα χείρας τους.
Δηλαδή δίνεις ένα σωρό χρήματα για ένα μηχάνημα το οποίο έχει ημερομηνία λήξης τη διετία και μετά η εταιρεία σε αφήνει ξεκρέμαστο, χωρίς να προσφέρει καν μια εύκολη λύση για αγορά του ανταλλακτικού. Είναι κρίμα που αντιμετωπίζουν τους πελάτες και τα προϊόντα τους σαν αναλώσιμα μιας χρήσης.

Excellent ice cream if you do the ingredients process correctly etc.!!! We eat sugar-free ice cream every day! My daughter is thrilled and so are we…. Also, for the protein ice cream, I simply wait for the moment I get back from the gym to ‘eat’ my protein!!! You don’t miss pastry shop ice cream at all and you generally don’t want to eat any other dessert. Every day 400ml of ice cream!!!
Εξαιρετικο παγωτο αν κανεις σωστα τη διαδικασια υλικων κλπ!!! Τρωμε καθε μερα παγωτο χωρις ζαχαρη! Η κορη μου εχει ξετρελαθει και εμεις μαζι της…. Επισης, για το πρωτεινικο παγωτο, περιμενω απλως τη στιγμη που θα γυρισω απ το γυμναστηριο για να ‘φαω’ την πρωτεινη μου!!! Δεν σου λειπει καθολου το παγωτο απο ζαχαροπλαστειο και δεν θες γενικα να φας καποιο αλλο γλυκο. Καθε μερα 400ml παγωτο!!!

Το μόνο αρνητικό είναι ότι πρέπει το μίγμα να παγώσει 24 ώρες πριν το βάλεις στην μηχανή, που δεν με ενοχλεί και τόσο πολύ. Για οποίον σκέφτεται να το πάρει, αν δεν σε ενοχλεί να πρέπει να προετοιμάζεις τα μίγματα και να τα βάζεις στο ψυγείο κλπ. και πιστεύει πως θα την χρησιμοποιεί συχνά αξίζει εκατό τοις εκατό. Η υφή και το βάθος της γεύσης του παγωτού είναι απίστευτη και δεν πιστεύω πως μπορεί να επιτευχθεί μέσω μιας standard μηχανής παγωτού.
While it worked, it did make really nice ice cream, but that was about it. The build quality and after-sales support are simply a disgrace for a company that sells "premium" and expensive appliances.
Exactly as soon as the two-year warranty period passed, the blade stopped turning because the inside part where it connects to the shaft was completely worn out. I contacted Ninja headquarters (having already 3 of their appliances in my home) and their response was completely cynical: they told me that since the 2 years had passed I was no longer covered, they do not send products or spare parts to Greece, and that I should simply contact the store where I bought it, washing their hands of it.
So you pay a lot of money for a machine that has an expiration date of two years, and then the company leaves you hanging, without even offering an easy solution to buy the replacement part. It is a shame that they treat customers and their products as disposable one-time-use items.
Stay away, think very carefully before investing your money. Personally, I am done with this brand.

Όσο δούλευε έκανε όντως ωραίο παγωτό, αλλά μέχρι εκεί. Η ποιότητα κατασκευής και η υποστήριξη μετά την πώληση είναι απλά ντροπή για μια εταιρεία που πουλάει "premium" και ακριβές συσκευές.
Ακριβώς μόλις πέρασε η διετία της εγγύησης, η λεπίδα σταμάτησε να γυρνάει γιατί φαγώθηκε τελείως το εσωτερικό της στο σημείο που ενώνεται με τον άξονα. Επικοινώνησα με τα κεντρικά της Ninja (έχοντας ήδη 3 συσκευές τους στο σπίτι μου) και η απάντησή τους ήταν εντελώς κυνική: Μου είπαν ότι εφόσον πέρασαν τα 2 χρόνια δεν καλύπτομαι, δεν στέλνουν προϊόντα ή ανταλλακτικά στην Ελλάδα και απλά να απευθυνθώ στο κατάστημα αγοράς, νίπτοντας τα χείρας τους.
Δηλαδή δίνεις ένα σωρό χρήματα για ένα μηχάνημα το οποίο έχει ημερομηνία λήξης τη διετία και μετά η εταιρεία σε αφήνει ξεκρέμαστο, χωρίς να προσφέρει καν μια εύκολη λύση για αγορά του ανταλλακτικού. Είναι κρίμα που αντιμετωπίζουν τους πελάτες και τα προϊόντα τους σαν αναλώσιμα μιας χρήσης.
Μακριά, σκεφτείτε το πολύ καλά πριν επενδύσετε τα χρήματά σας. Εγώ προσωπικά τελείωσα με τη συγκεκριμένη μάρκα.

Excellent ice cream if you do the ingredients process correctly etc.!!! We eat sugar-free ice cream every day! My daughter is thrilled and so are we…. Also, for the protein ice cream, I simply wait for the moment I get back from the gym to ‘eat’ my protein!!! You don’t miss pastry shop ice cream at all and you generally don’t want to eat any other dessert. Every day 400ml of ice cream!!!
Εξαιρετικο παγωτο αν κανεις σωστα τη διαδικασια υλικων κλπ!!! Τρωμε καθε μερα παγωτο χωρις ζαχαρη! Η κορη μου εχει ξετρελαθει και εμεις μαζι της…. Επισης, για το πρωτεινικο παγωτο, περιμενω απλως τη στιγμη που θα γυρισω απ το γυμναστηριο για να ‘φαω’ την πρωτεινη μου!!! Δεν σου λειπει καθολου το παγωτο απο ζαχαροπλαστειο και δεν θες γενικα να φας καποιο αλλο γλυκο. Καθε μερα 400ml παγωτο!!!
Very good choice, easy to use. The machine’s principle is that the mixture freezes in the freezer and the machine takes care of stirring and homogenizing it. With the right ingredient proportions, the result is excellent. Additional containers are needed
Πολύ καλή επιλογή, εύκολη στη χρήση. Η φιλοσοφία της μηχανής είναι ότι το μειγμα παγωνει στην κατάψυξη και η μηχανή αναλαμβανει να το αναδεύσει και να το ομογενοποιήσει. Με σωστές αναλογίες υλικών το αποτέλεσμα είναι εξαιρετικό. Χρειάζονται επιπλέον δοχεία
Excellent ice cream texture in just a few minutes! I have used all the ice cream functions (ice cream, light ice cream, and sorbet), depending on each different recipe I have tried, and they all give amazing results!
The reasons I am not giving 5 stars are the following:
1. It makes quite a bit of noise (something I had already noticed from many reviews I had seen before making the purchase).
2. If some quantity is left over and put back in the freezer, it needs to be churned again to return to the ice cream texture. This is an important detail that I had not seen mentioned in any of the reviews or on the social media posts I had seen before making the purchase.
Εξαιρετική υφή παγωτού σε ελάχιστα λεπτά! Έχω χρησιμοποιήσει όλες τις λειτουργίες παγωτού (ice cream, light ice cream και sorbet), ανάλογα με την κάθε διαφορετική συνταγή που έχω δοκιμάσει και όλες δίνουν καταπληκτικό αποτέλεσμα!
Οι λόγοι που δεν βάζω 5 αστέρια είναι οι εξής:
1. Κάνει αρκετό θόρυβο (κάτι που είχα ήδη διαπιστώσει από πολλές αξιολογήσεις που είχα δει πριν κάνω την αγορά).
2. Αν περισσέψει ποσότητα και μπει πάλι στην κατάψυξη, χρειάζεται να χτυπηθεί εκ νέου για να επανέλθει η υφή παγωτού. Είναι μια σημαντική λεπτομέρεια που δεν είχα δει να αναφέρεται σε καμία από τις αξιολογήσεις ή στα social media που είχα δει πριν κάνω την αγορά.
The price seems a little excessive at first, but when you try the result and think that at any time you can make whatever ice cream flavor you want with whatever you want to put in it and always end up with such good ice cream, then the price seems a little more reasonable! The noise is not excessively loud, meaning it makes about the same noise as a blender. The only negative is that the mixture has to freeze for 24 hours before you put it in the machine, which doesn’t bother me that much. For anyone thinking about buying it, if you don’t mind having to prepare the mixtures and put them in the fridge, etc., and you think you’ll use it often, it is absolutely worth it. The texture and depth of flavor of the ice cream is incredible, and I don’t believe it can be achieved through a standard ice cream machine.
