The Arktos Elevation Vineyards winery of Artemis Karamolegos is located at an impressive altitude of 700 meters above sea level in Amyntaio, Florina. This particular terroir, shaped by a mountainous landscape and continental climate, offers challenges but also incredible rewards.

With meticulous attention to every step of the winemaking process, the winemaker aims to create refined, complex wines that highlight the exceptional character of this land. The winemaker brings his experience and deep knowledge of Assyrtiko to the high-altitude vineyards of Amyntaio in northern Greece.

  • Variety: 100% Xinomavro
  • Origin: High altitude vineyards in the regions of Xino Nero and Agios Panteleimonas
  • Winemaking process: Short cold pre-fermentation maceration, followed by white vinification
  • Aging: 5 months in stainless steel tanks on the lees
