Kintex Precut kinesiology tapes are pre-cut into pieces for application without scissors, in I or Y shapes. They are made of 97% cotton and 3% elastane, with 50–60% stretch lengthwise and 10% pre-stretch from the packaging. The acrylic adhesive is activated by body heat, and the tape provides support without restricting movement.
They are used in physiotherapy, sports rehabilitation and podiatry, among other applications, for muscle discomfort and ankle support. They can be worn for up to 7 days and removed with water or cooking oil. They contain no medication.
