The ZWO ASI585MC Air cooled astrophotography camera combines imaging, guiding and control in a single device for deep-sky and planetary photography. Its colour Sony IMX585 CMOS sensor with STARVIS 2 technology has a resolution of 8.3 MP, while the built-in monochrome SC2210 sensor handles guiding. The two-stage TEC cooling reduces the sensor temperature by up to 30 °C below ambient temperature.

The camera supports live stacking and remote control via the ASIAIR app, and receives OTA updates. It has 256 GB of built-in eMMC storage, expandable to 1 TB via USB.
